Hudson Valley Building Trades

The Hudson Valley Building Trades & Construction Trades Council focuses on building a better Hudson Valley through improving facilities, promoting new projects, and creating jobs for the local community. Factor M was tasked with creating a direct mailer piece that would be handed out and mailed to union members households to vote YES on an upcoming project. Our goal was to develop a piece for viewers to understand what they were voting for, when to vote, and where. The vote turned out a success receiving enough votes for an approval on the project to begin development.
