Factor M was founded officially in 2021 but its members have been producing client work since 2016. Its founders are two advertising employees with experience in Photography, Video, Production, Strategy, Account Management, and Project Management. Both are Ithaca College graduates with a passion for advertising and helping businesses improve their marketing through imagery.
Michael Morra
Michael Morra is a creative who has worked at numerous agencies in New York City, including Anomaly and KBS. There he was a Senior Editor and Director of Photography, specializing in video editing. Michael has started several of his own companies in fashion, outdoors, and media entertainment.
Michael Tamburri
Michael Tamburri has worked in both Account and Project Management at both upstate NY and New York City advertising agencies, including GREY. Michael is also a full-time photographer, with experience in videography, and production.
